Cancellation Policy

Engaging Minds Services, Inc. utilizes an online Volunteer Booking Calendar to allow approved volunteers to request and schedule service hours in an organized and efficient manner. This system ensures proper supervision, accurate tracking of volunteer hours, and alignment with program needs. All volunteers must complete the required application, onboarding, and confidentiality agreements before accessing the calendar. Scheduled time slots are subject to availability and organizational approval, and volunteers are expected to cancel or reschedule in advance if they are unable to attend. Use of the booking system does not authorize volunteers to access confidential client information or perform duties outside their assigned role. Engaging Minds Services reserves the right to adjust scheduling based on program priorities and compliance requirements.
